Goals and Examples

These are a few ideas for the types of goals that can be done for 2010YR unto the Glory and Honor of Christ Jesus.  We hope that many more ideas will be added and that 2010YR will be a catalyst of fresh ideas of things individuals and group can do.

These are just ideas and are obviously optional, if you think up other ideas great, please feel free to pass on ideas to us and others, Lets do things that would glorify Jesus Christ and avoid anything that is questionable or out of good taste with God and others.

Partner with Christians whether they attend church or not, and make their personal growth in Christ Jesus your goal.

Create a Prayer list and jot down prayer concerns for others, visit that list daily as possible and pray for others.

Read a verse a day or a chapter from the Bible, call a partner and pass that verse on to them.

Just call some one and encourage them, you'll be encouraged in the end.

Create and manage a partners group.

Attend a church service this week.

Go for a prayer walk.

Think up a new idea for 2010YR partners and post it to the internet site email jodie@2010yr.com

Write a book, or a poem esp. about 2010YR.

Adopt a highway.

Plant a tree.

Have a fish fry, invite members.

Create a 2010YR flag, motto, song, theme, etc.

Draw a picture, sculture, paint or any kind of art to glorify Jesus.

Post a 2010YR sign

Have a favorite shirt embroidered with 2010YR.

Visit and /or help the elderly in some way.

Make a contribution to your local church or to the Ministry of 2010YR

Participate in Christian events -- have a play or a musical.

Sell promotional items for Jesus and 2010YR

Sponsor a community Christian event.

Sponsor a family meeting event, or single, even special interest event for Jesus.

Meet for the Lord's Supper.

Sing a song that glorifies God.

Pray for 2010YR and all those involed, esp. that they might be brought closer to Jesus.

The list goes on and on, but we need you and your fresh new ideas for things to do that show our worship and praise to the Almighty God and our Savior Jesus Christ.
