The 2010YR Questionnaire

This is an example of what your 2010YR accountability list might look like:

1.) How many days did you pray for your partners this month? will you commit to me a better number for next month/quarter?

2.) Did you call all your prayer partners this month/quarter?  Did you log  their prayer concerns ?  Did you pray  a special prayer for each special prayer concern?
 
3.) Did you set a goal for this month/quarter? Did you write it down? and Did you track its success/failures?

4.) Where are you at with your last goal you set, did you do it? did you have any set backs? did you procrastinate?

5.) How many days did you read your bible. Did you keep track and mark the days? Did you meditate on a bible reading?

6.) How many daily/weekly events did you participate in?

7.) Are you connecting with all your partners well? are their any problems you want to talk about?

8.) Have you attended any 2010YR events? have you invited your partners to any 2010YR events if so how many, and how many came???

9.) Did you accomplish any of the steps toward your Star Acheivement Award? which ones? and are you doing any of the 10 steps that keep you moving forward in 2010YR? If so which ones are you doing or not doing?

10.) Are you happy with where you are at in this ministry? if not how can I help you if at all? What do you want to get better at in this ministry?
